By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site.
Products and Configuration
All NoriaTek computers are made to order and configured to your specifications. Configurations are finalized upon order confirmation. Any modifications after confirmation are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Interac, and bank transfer. Full payment is required before assembly begins.
Shipping
Estimated delivery times are 7 to 14 business days after payment confirmation. NoriaTek is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
Warranty
All NoriaTek computers come with a 3-year parts and labor warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or software issues.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted once assembly has begun. In case of defect, we repair or replace the product under warranty. For orders cancelled before assembly, a full refund is granted.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logos, images, texts, designs) is the exclusive property of NoriaTek and protected by Canadian copyright laws. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
NoriaTek shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
